Remember this post, when I said I really liked clean sinks? And how I felt like I really had it all together when my sinks were clean and shiny? Well today, my sinks look like this:
Obviously, my life is in chaos. I need prayers, ya’ll. If I can’t keep my sinks clean, what chance do I have of keeping control over ANYTHING in my life?
In other news, Kyndall’s class went on ANOTHER field trip today. I am loving all these field trips second grade takes. (My paycheck isn’t loving them, but that’s another story for another day.) I’m hoping I can talk third and first grade teachers into some extra field trips next year.
Today, we went to the bowling alley for 2nd grade’s End of the Year celebration.
I was very impressed with K’s bowling skills. She most certainly did not get those from her mama.
I know I’ve said this before, but I am so very sad to see this year come to an end. Both girls have had amazing teachers, but also great groups of kids in their classes. We have all loved every second of Kindergarten and Second Grade and, even though I know First and Third grades will be just as good, it means my girls will be another year older. And K will be another year closer to moving over to the middle school. Slow down, my life!

The school year flies by so quickly! I’m a Kindergarten teacher and am always sad to see my kiddos move to first grade (even though I know they are going to be great!).
