Project Life, Take 2

I started Project Life last year and was very passionate about it for the first 15(ish) weeks.  I’m hesitant to even share this post, because I may fail, again.  If you’re not failing, you’re not trying, right?  I’m going to try really hard to finish this time.  I LOVE digital scrapbooking–it is a creative outlet that never fails to de-stress me.  And I LOVE having scrapbooks that my kids can.. From the Camera Roll

It’s Friday!!! This has been the LONGEST week coming off Spring Break.  I’m ready to sleep in tomorrow, at least a little! As is tradition around here on Friday’s, here are a few of my favorite pictures from my camera roll. A Day in the Life

Alarm goes off at 4:45.  I literally roll out of bed, throw on a few clothes, and meet Anna for our morning run. Baths, ponytails, breakfast, and then we are out the door by 7:15 for school. My day starts off with some computer “stuff” before I have classes.  I had to make a music CD to use during our morning news broadcast. We had construction workers adding A/C to.. Read More

Orlando Vacation, Part 2–The One Where We Meet Anna & Elsa

Orlando Vacation, Part 1 (Universal Studios Tips)

We left Saturday morning around 5 am and began the LONG drive to Orlando.  We stopped at the Florida sign for our traditional photo. Don’t you love the “Open For Business” sign above our heads? 🙂 We didn’t get to our hotel until late, so we spent the first night just getting settled.  Shout out to the Hampton Inn–it’s our favorite.  We try to stay at one whenever we can… Read More

Week in the Life: Finalized album

Digital scrapbooking is the way to go.  It’s super simple if you don’t have “time” to play around, but then vast enough that you can add-to your pages as much as you want to.  For this album, I downloaded Ali Edwards page templates and simply plugged my photos in.  Easy peasy.  I didn’t include much journaling at all.  My plan is to have journaling inserts for each day.  Here are..
